F&B;

Host/Hostess - Full time Seasonal

This individual must be able to greet and seat guest in the Dining Room in a prompt and courteous manner. Maintains knowledge of table numbers and seating capacities for the shift. Inspects tables for proper settings. Maintains the reservation book. Previous guest service experience preferred.

AM  Server. - Full Time Seasonal

To provide all dining room guests with an entertaining and enjoyable dining experience, through high quality service in the most efficient manner, at all time. Must have extensive food and wine knowledge and the ability to convey this to guests. 1 year of fine dining serving experience required.

Line Cook - Full Time Seasonal

This individual is responsible for the completion of all daily productions list assigne by the Chef based on house counts. Assisting with all aspects of food production and ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with standard recipes and presentations established by the Chef. Cleans and organizes workstation. Maintains a clean and sanitary culinary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes. Must have prior experience.

Steward - Full Time Seasonal

This individual is responsible for properly cleaning, sanitizing and putting away all dishes, glassware and other kitchen items used by all of our F&B; outlest. Must be willing to help in other areas of the restaurant if needed. Must be able to lift at least 30lbs.

SPA

Massage Therapist & Esthetician

Full Time/Part Time Seasonal

This individual must be able to provide guest with professional massage therapy and spa body treatments and also provide guests with professional skin care, nail care and waxing services. Must be Utah and Nationally licensed.

Spa Concierge

Full time/Part Time Seasonal

This individual must be able to interact positively with guests, make  and confirm spa reservations, communicate upcoming appointments with the therapists, record and track payments, answer the phones and provide knowledgeable customer service about spa treatments. This individual must have excellent customer service skills and flexible availability. Prior spa experience is preferred.

FRONT  OFFICE

Guest Service Agent

Full Time Seasonal.

This individual is responsible for answering  department telephones and assisting callers with social lodging reservations. This individual will also assist guest in all aspects of their stay, from check in until departure, act as host/hostess and solve guest related problems within scope of responsibility. Act as concierge, custom designing each guests experience from start to finish. Data entry into the computer, including porting miscellaneous charges, entering wake-up call requests into PBX system and entering reservations as necessary. answers phones and relays messages to guests and conference center.

HOUSEKEEPING

Room Attendant.

Full Time Seasonal.

This individual is responsible for cleaning the assigned quota of rooms daily according to standars. Maintains a clean and neat area at all times. Replaces guest room amenities as necessary. Reports all maintenance problems to Supervisor. Keeps linen closets clean. Stocks area for next day. Must be able to lift at least 30lbs. 6 months of prior Housekeeping experience preferred.
